Eligibility Requirements

Compensation, Incentives, and Affiliate Commission
Approved creators may earn a 10–15% of GM commission on verified sales generated through a unique affiliate link or discount code.

Product Gifting
Select creators may receive complimentary or discounted products at Calm Sleep Systems’ discretion. Receipt of the product does not guarantee additional compensation or an ongoing partnership.

This license applies unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Independent Contractor Status
Creators participate as independent contractors. Nothing in this program creates an employment relationship, partnership, or agency. Creators are solely responsible for:

Compliance with local, state, and federal laws
Termination & Program Changes
Calm Sleep Systems reserves the right to:

Modify program terms at any time

Adjust commission rates or incentives

Suspend or terminate participation with or without cause
Participation may be terminated immediately for non-compliance with these guidelines.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calm Sleep Systems shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in this program.
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed unpaid commissions owed at the time of the claim.
Governing Law
This program is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Calm Sleep Systems is registered.
