Return
At Calm Sleep Systems, we want you to be fully satisfied with your mattress purchase. You have 100 calendar days from the delivery date to return your Calm Sleep Mattress. To ensure you adjust to the mattress, we ask that you sleep on it for a minimum of no less than 30 days. To initiate a return, your mattress must be clean, undamaged, and have the mattress law tag attached. You will be requested to provide photos of the mattress and the law-tag when requesting a return. Once up, we will process a refund of the full mattress price, minus any applicable discounts, interest accrued, and transportation charges. Calm Sleep Systems or our authorized partners will coordinate the pickup for convenience. For tips on enhancing your sleep experience, feel free to reach out to us!
Exchanges
You have 100 calendar days from the date of delivery to exchange your Calm Sleep Systems mattress. Because it can take some time for your body to adjust to better support, we require sleeping on the mattress for a minimum of no less than 30 days. For tips on how to make your sleep experience better, please contact us.
To be eligible for an exchange, the mattress must be clean and undamaged. We may include additional transportation charges once the exchanged mattress has been picked up. In no event will the transportation costs exceed Calm Sleep System's then- standard freight charges.
You are allowed one exchange. Your 100-night trial will continue from the date the first mattress was delivered (or 30 days from the delivery of your second mattress, whichever is greater). In most cases, your first mattress will be removed at the same time the second mattress is delivered.
